Some companies actually post their wares on Ebay to see how much people are willing to pay for it.To market test your product, post it three times with three different starting bids: one comfortably low, another at the price you expect it to fetch, and a third comfortably high. Do so, and your buyers – and everyone else on Ebay – will walk away very unhappy.Fourth, take a great picture of your product. Showcase its best side, but show any flaws it might have without highlighting the flaws or hiding them. When you have taken the picture, crop it to include only your item, then shrink it down to 72 dpi to make it load faster. This will allow buyers to not only see your item, but see it quickly. If it loads too slow, buyers will turn away in impatience. If you have no picture, you will appear unwilling to sell and wary of showing your product.So what have you got to hide? Take out that camera and snap those pictures!At this point, you are ready to get your item onto Ebay, so list your product correctly. What some sellers do is to put their items in the most general category, thinking that more people will see it. This is not true for Ebay, since buyers will be searching for specific things. Put your item in the general categories, and you could miss out on those precious page views.Sixth, work on your writing. Ebay requires you to have a written description of your product, along with an auction title. Make your written description short and true, and your auction title specific. Remember that some buyers may not have the right Internet speed – and patience – to wait for your picture to load, so you have to grab them immediately with a delicious description.As a rule, the best descriptions are those which will answer any questions your buyers might have.Your product is now online and ready to be sold – but how do you sell it right, and when do you stop the bidding? Lee tried to stifle a sneeze but couldn???t. Invisible to the naked eye, a cloud of almost five thousand virus-filled droplets launched into the air at some 150 km/ hour or roughly 100 mph. All he had to concentrate on was a few hours in front of the International Board. It was his job to present sales trends in China to the bosses who were also winging it towards Heathrow, one of the world???s busiest airports. ???The global executives will get only good news from me,??? figured Lee. ???Pity I don???t feel better ??????The DiagnosisLee was exhausted. He had a cough, scratchy throat, runny nose and muscle aches. A fever started but it wasn???t until Lee began having difficulties breathing that he decided to get help.Doctors huddled in subdued discussion. Experts were rushed in. Despite clear instructions from health officials, panic broke out as folk finally fathomed that at best only one third of the population had access to anti-viral drugs. Because the protests only helped spread the flu, quarantines were set in place. The public was told to stay at home indefinitely. Vibrant cities screeched to a halt as public transport shut down. Streets stank as garbage piled up. Shops were looted and in some cases those caught coughing were stoned. Safety services (fire, police, ambulance) were disrupted, fires burned out of control. Cross-border travel was curtailed killing tourism and all international sports events were cancelled. Food imports were banned creating shortages of meat, vegetables and wheat. Folk with chronic medical illnesses couldn???t get their medications. Soap and disinfectants ??? perhaps the simplest and most effective fight against the spread of disease ??? were in short supply; no one had thought to stock-pile soap.The Controversy Local governments and health organizations began to squabble over who had the power to do what. The question was of legalities: who would control distribution of anti-viral drugs and who would receive those drugs? Army barracks received attention but prisoners were ignored. Families with pets were labeled as ???higher risk??? groups but no-one knew if these families should receive more help or less. As in-fighting became more severe, decision processing became more difficult. Who should give the daily press briefings? Who would organize mass cremation? Who would facilitate conferences for global medical meetings? The list grew rapidly.The WavesThe first wave of the pandemic was over in three months time but not the shock. Bacterial disease such as cholera multiplied rapidly with catastrophic results across Africa and Asia. The longer-term, global recession began with the realization that supply-lines, manufacturing and food-production chains were desperately weakened through labor loss. Medical facilities were terribly understaffed. As usual, the poor had little chance of aid at all. And then came the second wave of Avian flu. It took over a year before the waves of sickness and death became controllable.Lee actually survived it all. Although he ???started??? the pandemic, he also helped ???end??? it. Doctors used his blood to find the initial vaccine. Since Lee was also now immune, he not only volunteered to help where he could and also founded the World Association of Sensible Hygiene (WASH). 6. Referring page should have few links - the referring
page means the web page of the site that is giving you the
incoming link. Don't get a link from a web page that
contains hundreds of links. This will only dilute the
effectiveness of your link popularity. Visitors that visit
that page probably won't see your link and avoid clicking
on it.It's preferable to only have the link of your site on that
page and it's better if it's on the same topic.7. Submit to major directories - the major directories to
submit your site to include:Yahoo Directory (http://dir.yahoo.com) - powers search
results for top portals such as Yahoo!, AltaVista, and
AlltheWeb. You can list your business web site with Yahoo
for a recurring annual fee of $299.00 If you have a
non-business site, you can submit to Yahoo without paying
at: http://docs.yahoo.com/info/suggest/Open Directory Project (http://www.dmoz.org/) - this
directory is still free. Getting listed here will give you
good incoming links as it feeds some of the major search
engines. Don't hold your breath though as it can take
months or even years to get listed. Navigate to your
category then choose "suggest URL" and be sure to read the

improve your link popularity.9. Use RSS Feeds - RSS or Really Simple Syndication allows
you to share your headlines and other web site content with
other sites. When another web site uses your RSS feed to
display headlines it will automatically place a link to
your site. The more web sites that subscribe to your RSS
Feed, the more links you receive that point back to your

freebies). Submit it to ebook directories so many people
will download it. This will provide a viral marketing system
that will provide ongoing traffic to your web site.12. Write a testimonial - if you have bought a product or
received a service from someone (ie web design), offer to
write a quality testimonial for their product or service.
Include a link to your site at the bottom of your text.
Often the owner is very happy to receive an unsolicited

You have to be a man of action to really succeed.Like i said there is no easy road. But of course you can succeed like me. You have to be persistant.You have to build your business brick by brick. One step at a time. You start at the base of the ladder first. Everyone who as succeeded in life have start at the base. Thats a fact of life. Like the man you are today start as a baby.Is your business still in its infancy ? Your business is gonna grow day by day. It takes approximatively 5 years to grow a business.You have to learn and experiment every day and be persistent. An Internet business as to face the same challenge as any business big or small. But of course its a global market. You can reach easily millions of people.To reach those people you have to distinguish yourself.You have to be professionnal.1. You need a real domain name. Have a good product to promote or a great affiliate program.4. You have to promote your business. A) Use PPC Campaign (Pay Per Click). You pay only when someone click on your ad. You can bid between 25 cents to 50 cents depending of your keyword.B) Write articles. By writing quality articles you can generate lots of traffic. Why not become an expert in your field. You can submit articles in Ezine or FREE articles websites like Article City.C) Classifieds ? There are many classified ad directories on the internet. Most places offer pretty fair prices. There are also plenty of places to post classified ads offline such as newspapers.D) Banners - Banners is another way to promote your website. But it's not that effective anymore. But it still can have a 0,5% click rate. (This method is more expensive than PPC since you pay for everytime your banners is exposed and not by click)E) Leads - You can buy leads for around 50 cents to 2$ per leads depending of the quality. You should buy double opt-in or even triple opt-in.F) You can use Offline methods as well - like flyers or business cards. Classified ads in newspaper or radio commercial.Keep asking yourself everyday how you can do better. Think of your success and the success of other. Have small goal everyday. The small goal become big goal.Everyone want to succeed but not everyone will. The difference between your success and you non success is your belief and commitment to truly succeed. Finally, please remember that any business online or offline takes hard work and time to build. Do not expect to be making a lot of money in a short amount of time.
